I know what it feels like to want your life back.

A simple day at a theme park leaves you sore, winded, or wondering if this is just how things will always be.

In 2018, a trip to Disney World changed my life. I didn’t know what I was doing and I felt completely lost, but I knew one thing for certain: I never wanted to feel that way again.

That moment started a journey that eventually led to a 165-pound weight loss and a completely different relationship with my body and my life.

As I shared my journey online, women began reaching out because they saw themselves in my story. The exhaustion. The embarrassment. The feeling of being held back from fully enjoying life.

They weren’t just wanting weight loss, they were craving freedom.

Freedom to enjoy vacations, theme parks, and everyday moments without worrying about weight limits or feeling like they were slowing everyone down.

Now through Megan’s Mission Coaching, I help women rebuild their confidence, strength, and self-trust so they can step back into the life they’ve been sitting on the sidelines of for far too long.
