YOU’VE BUILT A LIFE THAT REFLECTS YOUR STANDARDS.

Now it’s time for your health to match.

You’re not a woman who avoids hard work.
The missing piece has been a structure that holds up when life gets busy.

That’s why days at the parks still feel harder than they should.

MEET YOUR COACH

I know what it feels like to feel limited in a life you’ve worked hard to build.

In 2018, a trip to Disney World shifted something for me. I didn’t have a plan, and I didn’t know what I was doing, but I knew I didn’t want to feel that way again.

That moment led to a 165-pound weight loss, but more importantly, it changed how I approached my health and my life.

As I shared my journey, women started reaching out because they saw themselves in it. Not just the weight, but the exhaustion, the frustration, and the feeling of being held back from fully participating in their own lives.

They weren’t just looking for weight loss. They wanted to feel capable again.

To go on trips without thinking about limitations, walk full theme park days without falling behind, and stop sitting things out.

Now, through Megan’s Mission Coaching, I help women build strength, structure, and consistency so they can fully step back into their lives.

MOST WOMEN I COACH ARE STUCK IN THE SAME CYCLE.

They start a plan, see progress, life gets busy, and they end up starting over again because it “worked last time.”

In most areas of their life, they follow through.
Weight loss is the one place that hasn’t carried over.

There’s no shortage of advice. It just doesn’t hold up when real life picks up.

At a certain point, starting over loses its appeal.
They’re looking for something more intentional.

That’s usually when they find me.

THIS IS WHERE COACHING MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

Instead of another plan, this is about building structure that holds.

The goal isn’t just losing weight. It’s becoming the woman who knows how to keep it off.

What you can expect from coaching…

This isn’t a “follow this plan and hope it works” program... it’s consistent, personalized support.

What this is…

A tailored approach built around your habits, schedule, and real-life demands

Ongoing guidance with regular adjustments based on your data, not guesswork

Clear structure so you know exactly what to do without overthinking it

Consistent accountability that keeps you moving, even during busy or off weeks

What this is not…

Another workout app subscription with a plan you’re left to follow on your own

A generic program that looks good on paper but doesn’t hold up in real life

A passive experience where you check in and hope you’re doing it right

A space to stay comfortable. I will hold you to a higher standard, even when it’s inconvenient. Not the right fit if you’re not ready for that

READY TO BUILD SOMETHING THAT LASTS?

You’re not looking for another quick fix.

You’re ready for a clear plan, real guidance, and the accountability that keeps you moving forward.
