I know what it feels like to feel limited in a life you’ve worked hard to build.
In 2018, a trip to Disney World shifted something for me. I didn’t have a plan or know exactly what I was doing, but I knew I didn’t want to feel that way again.
That moment led to a 165 pound weight loss, but more importantly, it changed how I approached my health and my life.
As I shared my journey, women started reaching out because they saw themselves in it, not just in the weight, but in the exhaustion, the frustration, and the feeling of being held back from fully participating in their own lives.
They weren’t just looking to lose weight, they wanted to feel capable again, to go on trips without thinking about limitations, walk full days at the parks without falling behind, and stop sitting things out.
Now, through Megan’s Mission Coaching, I help women build strength, structure, and consistency so they can fully step back into their lives.
