Ingredients:
22g rolled oats (about 1/4 cup)
48g liquid egg whites (about 3tbsp)
55g banana (about half)
5g dark chocolate- I used 70%
8ml real maple syrup (about 1/2tbsp)
30g protein powder - I used @pescience cake pop flavor (1 scoop)
80ml almond milk
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions:
1) Blend all ingredients except chocolate until smooth. I used my Ninja Bullet.
2) Pour into an oven safe dish sprayed with cooking spray. Place chocolate pieces on top.
3) Bake at 325° for 25-30 mins
Because the mixture is blended, it really does taste like your own personal banana bread. This is SO filling.
