I know what it feels like to want to change, but not know where to start.
When I began my 165-pound weight loss journey, I didn’t have a coach or a fancy plan, just a deep desire to feel better in my body and the determination not to give up this time. I was tired of constantly ‘starting over’ and promised myself this would be the last time I ever would. It started with small, manageable changes that slowly built my confidence. And once I realized I was capable, everything changed.
Let me show you that you are, too.
As I shared my journey online, women started telling me they saw themselves in my story. They felt seen. They felt hopeful. And they started asking for help.
That’s when I realized I was meant to do more.
Now, through Megan’s Mission Coaching, I help women- especially those who grew up in the toxic diet culture of the ‘80s and ‘90s and feel like they’ve tried EVERYTHING- rebuild their strength, confidence, and self-trust. I live with autoimmune disease, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, arthritis, and more- but I still show up. Not because it’s easy, but because I’ve learned that taking care of your body gives you the strength to face anything life throws your way. If I’m going to coach you to show up for yourself on the hard days, I have to walk the walk myself.
